The Villino (or little villa) at Cypress Ridge Estate is set on a working vineyard and olive grove situated on the slopes of “vineyard valley”, with spectacular 180-degree northern sea views over Onetangi Bay and on towards Great Barrier, the Coromandel and outer gulf islands.

- Large bi-fold doors open the house to the terraces and breathtaking sea views creating a beautiful open space.
Guests are welcome to explore the estate… have a walk through the olive grove and vineyard, enjoy the harvest from the large kitchen garden, find fresh eggs in the hen house, tramp through an acre of native bush with several 1000 year old Puriri trees or picnic in the shade of huge Pohutukawas overlooking the neighboring vineyards.
The property shares boundaries with several award winning vineyards and restaurants including Miro/Casita Miro, Stonyridge, Te Motu and Obsidian… making spectacular wine and food a short stroll away. A 10-minute walk down the hill leads to picturesque Onetangi beach with it’s 2.5 kilometers of white sand and a further 10-minutes down the beach leads to the local pub.

What a beautiful property! My fiancée and I stayed here when I proposed to her and it was one of the best stays we’ve had. The bedroom has gorgeous views, the bathroom was super clean, the kitchen had everything you could ever need and the pantry was so well stocked. The hot tub was perfect for the chilly autumn nights. The pictures can't capture the peacefulness this home offers. The views were amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the breakfast, drinks and local snacks provided after our long flight. The ferry was easy to navigate and the transportation arranged made our vacation begin with ease

Amazing place to stay on Waiheke, the villa, the pool and the view were just stunning. I don't think the pictures even do it justice! We loved the tasty breakfast provisions and that there was a number of lovely vineyards within walking distance. It was the perfect start to our honeymoon moon in NZ to recover from the jetlag (from the UK)

This has been one of the most incredible experiences a guest can wish for! The host was extremely accomodating with any requests we made and made sure our stay was top notch. The views were absolutely breathtaking and the pool area was like a 5 star resort, photos don't do this villa enough justice.
