Please note: The property is a private retreat, gatherings, functions or group activities are not permitted.  An exit cleaning fee of $350 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay, including beach towels.  All bookings require a $1000 cash bond payable 7 days prior to arrival.  

Minimum stays: 7 nights mid December to mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends and 2 nights at all other times.  Discounts may apply, depending on seasonality, for longer stays.
