Please note: A $400 exit cleaning fee applies to all bookings and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay, which includes beach towels.  Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to mid January, 3 nights holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.  Bookings require a $1000 cash bond payable 7 days prior to arrival.
