Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1 - king bed (can be split into 2 singles upon request).
Please note: A compulsory exit clean/linen set up fee of $140 applies to each booking. Beach towels can also be hired for $5 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 4 nights from Christmas to early January, 3 nights holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.

This is a lovely place to stay on Waiheke. The location is an easy walk to the village and the beach. The unit is very spacious and has everything you need. The local host, Cathy Carter, is delightful and was so friendly in welcoming me to the island and ensuring I was comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Moa 30, would highly recommend. The house is incredibly clean with beautiful interiors. The deck has an incredible view out to the water, great for lounging in the afternoon sun out on the beanbags. Everything you could need is provided.
