Inclusions
Rates include exit cleaning and premium linens.  Bookings under 3 nights incur a $500 clean and linen fee.

Minimum stays 
7 nights between Christmas and mid January 
3 nights holiday weekends
2 nights all other times 

Notes
A $1000 cash bond applies to all bookings. The swimming pool is not heated in winter months.

A vehicle is available to book with this property.  Please enquire for rates and availability.
