Bedroom 1 - super king bed

Bedroom 2 - super king bed (can be spit to singles upon request)

Please note:
A $400 linen/exit cleaning fee applies to each booking.  Minimum stays 7 nights Christmas to mid January and 3 nights remainder of January and holiday weekends and two nights other times.  All bookings require a $1000 cash bond payable 7 days prior to arrival. 

Pets considered on request only and must be approved in writing.  The swimming pool can be heated and the property is fully fenced.

The swimming pool can be heated during the winter season (May to November) for an additional $150. A minimum of 3 days advance notice is required to heat the pool. 

A vehicle is available to book with this property.  Please enquire for rates and availability.
