• The sea views can be enjoyed from the open plan living area and the master bedroom
• The outdoor pool and seating area allow you to enjoy the full grandeur of Hekerua Bay
• At the back of the house an outdoor fireplace provides warmth for the chillier evenings
• The sitting area also has an open fire
• The fully equipped designer kitchen is great for those who like cooking, however the house is in close proximity to some of Waiheke's award winning vineyards and restaurants.
• The house has three bedrooms and two and half bathrooms and so can comfortably accommodate 6 adults.

Waiheke Island is known for its stunning beaches, amazing coastal walkways and world class vineyards and restaurants, all of which can be enjoyed just a short drive from Atatu Clifftop.

Please note:  We can accommodate a maximum of 6 adults at Atatu Clifftop. The property is not suitable for children due to a steep drop to the cliffs below. Minimum stays:  7 nights between Christmas and mid January, 3 nights all holiday weekends, 2 nights other times.  A compulsory $250 exit clean fee applies and a compulsory linen fee of $25 per person, per stay, including beach towels.  All bookings require a $1000 cash bond payable 7 days prior to arrival.
